I originally created this project to get better at texturing designs. I was looking at alternate sources of detailing and envisioning products. With design pipelines becoming increasingly dependent on realtime results, I tried looking into video game asset generation. Perhaps somethings done in other industies could be advantagous to the Industrial Design pipeline.
The results of a PBR workflow were impressive to me. The level of detail that could be achieved on a model was really impressive to me. What comes next is an implementation of those workflow principles.
